DSTAT is Already Loaded! (But it is not)
The user's registry stores the Windows location from the last time a program was opened.
Sometimes this gets messed up so the program opens but the location is "off screen". I see this mainly when users have multiple monitors.
Log in as the user (registry settings are by user). Run 'Regedit.exe'
Delete these key values: MainHeight, MainLeft, MainState, Maintop, mainwidth
